     " The hardest thing about the retail clothing business is keeping customer loyalty", says Friedman.  "Especially now more than ever, because consumers have so many more choices, if you don't service them, they'll walk right out and go down the block.  So I have to be extremely vigilant, constantly updating the store's inventory with exciting new fashions that they can't find anywhere else.  That's why I'm constantly traveling to London, Paris, Italy, Barcelona and Madrid, searching for hot new designers and clothing lines that my customers will respond to."
